How to make beet puree for baby meal
Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped beet
1 1/2 cup water

Method 

Look for small, blemish-free beets with greens that look fresh, not wilted.
Soak beet in water for 5 minutes and then Rinse the beets in water, remove greens, remove all dirt and peel off the skin with a veggie peeler. Dice into small pieces.
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Once it started boiling add beets
Reduce heat and cook beets until they are fork tender (about 10 to 15 minutes).
Cool it down, add water as per need to make puree.
Puree cooked beets in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Once baby is ready for finger foods, typically around 10 months, you can serve her beets that have been cooked until soft and are cut into tiny pieces.

Tips 
Cool beet puree and refrigerate leftovers in BPA-free containers for up to three days.
Freeze leftovers for up to three months. Thaw overnight in your refrigerator.
If you are planning to freeze beet puree then do not add extra water. Adjust consistency once you are ready to feed beet.

Note: Always check with your pediatrician before introducing your baby to a new food, particularly if your baby has food allergies. Additionally, some pediatricians do not recommend making your own carrot, beet, or spinach puree because these fresh veggies can be higher in nitrates.

How to make beet carrot puree for baby 
Beet Carrot Puree is healthy loaded with Calcium, Iron and Vitamin A. It is sweet taste and beautiful color which kids will love.
Ingredients
1/4 cup beet 1/4 कप चुकंदर
1/2 cup carrots 1/2 कप गाजर
2 cups water 2 कप पानी

 

 

 

Method

Clean, peel and chop beet and carrot.
Boil water
Add beet after 2-3 minutes add carrots.
Cook until fork tender.
Cool it down.
Blend it to form puree.
You can add water to adjust consistency.

How to make pumpkin Puree for babies

Pumpkin has vitamin A, Beta carotene along with other nutrients and minerals. Pumpkin puree can be stored in the deep freezer for 2 weeks.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Pumpkin cubes
1 cup Water or milk
pinch of cinnamon

Method 
Clean the pumpkin with water.
Cut into chunks
Remove seeds.
Remove the skin.
Chop into small chunks.
Boil water, Add pumpkin pieces and cook till fork tender.
Add milk or water to adjust the consistency.
You can add pinch of cinnamon and serve.

* Pumpkin seeds are healthy.
Rinse with water, dry them in the sun or toast. Peel off the skin and eat the edible part.
