Ginger turmeric tea helps to loose weight, release body aches and pain, release cough and cold.
Limit to one glass per day.
2 small pieces of Fresh turmeric 2 छोटे टुकड़े ताज़ी हल्दी
1/2 inch fresh ginger 1/2 इंच ताजा अदरक
2 glasses water 2 गिलास पानी
Fresh lemon juice ताजा नींबू का रस
Soak Turmeric and ginger in water for 30 minutes to remove all soil. It becomes easier to peel off the skin also.
Peel off the skin.
Cut into thin slices.
Add turmeric and ginger slices.
Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Serve warm with few pieces of turmeric and ginger.
You can squeeze few drops of fresh lemon juice
Add Sweeteners of your choice. Honey goes well with turmeric ginger tea.
