It helps to detox your body. I find it detoxing my mind also because of the aroma and soothing effect on the body.
It tastes so fresh and minty. Aroma makes your mind calm and peaceful.
Handful of tulsi Basil leaves तुलसी के पत्ते मुट्ठीभर
5-6 mint leaves 5-6 पुदीने के पत्ते
1 inch Ginger 1 इंच अदरक
Sweeteners of your choice.Honey, sugar, Jaggery. शहद, चीनी, गुड़
1 ½ cup Water 1 1/2 कप पानी
How to make detox Tea
Clean mint, tulsi/Basil and ginger.
Crush it in a blender or using mortar and pestle.
Boil Water. Once water is boiling, add crushed mint, basil and ginger.
Boil it for another 2 minutes.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Serve with sweetners of your choice like Honey, sugar, Jaggery.
