Sooji ka halwa with banana is good to release constipation in kids.
2 tbsp semolina (सूजी)
1 tsp Ghee or butter (घी)
1/3 tsp cardamom powder( इलायची पाउडर)
1 cup Milk ( दूध)
1 Banana (केला)
Take ghee in a pan and add semoilina.
Keep on stirring for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
Add little bit of hot water and keep stirring to avoid forming lumps.
Add milk and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add mashed banana and cardamom powder.
You can add sweeteners of your choice like dates, sugar or jaggery.
Adjust the consistency as per taste
