- Aval / Poha / Flattened Rice – 1 cups
- Jaggery / Sarkarai – 1/4 cup grated
- Fresh Coconut – 1/2 cup grated
- Salt to taste
- Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- 1 banana sliced optional
- Rinse 2 cups of red poha with water(if poha is thick then add 2 tbsp water)
- Add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Add 1 cup crushed jaggery in a bowl.
- Add ½ cup grated coconut and mix well.
- Add the red poha and mix well.
- Sweet coconut poha is ready.
