Shallow fried pakoras needs less oil then regular deep fried pakoras. This is Goan speciality with a touch of coconut and lots of corainder leaves. Hot and spicy danagr can be served as side dish or perfect tea time snack.
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 tsp garam Masala
1 Cup Besan ChickPea Flour
Mix together all the ingredients onion, cilantro, coconut, salt, garam masala and gram flour. Add water as needed.
pakora dough consistency.
Warm up the pan
Take the mixture and spread on pan .
Cover and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
