Terms and Conditions for NaariSakhi Baby Photo Contest
Welcome! By using naarisakhi.com's Baby Photo Contest feature, you agree to bound by the following terms and conditions.
The contestant's age should not exceed 3 years.
The photograph should be in 'gif' or 'jpeg' format only. Please confirm the clarity of the photo before submitting it. Photographs which are not clear or legible, will not be accepted. The photograph should be atleast 150 pixels x 200 pixels. It is advisable, not to send any picture above 600 x 600 pixels.
If a baby has already contested in one of our contests, he/she cannot enter the contest again for atleast next four months from the date when such contest was held. Winners cannot take part in the same contest again but they can particpate in special category contest held by NaariSakhi.
You do not need to pay any fee in order to particiapte in our contests and there are no hidden costs also. This feature is a part of our FREE Services provided to all our visitors.
The contest will be closed and the next one will be started on the date specified below the voting form. The contest will be closed anytime on the date and time USA EST mentioned and the next contest will begin at anytime during the day, on the specified date of the contest.
Any contestant may have to face disqualification if, at any point in time, it is found that there is/was an attempt to manipulate votes of the baby.
We reserve the right to disqualify a contestant or contest entry. A contestant or contest entry may have to face disqualification, if it is found that, there are attempts to manipulate the voting system or voting at any point in time during or after the contest is closed/started.
Three different types of awards are being awarded to each contest:
Favorite choice awards - Favorite choice awards, is given based on the number of votes earned by a contestant. Contestant receiving the maximum number of votes will be declared the winner as favorite choice.
Critics choice awards - Critics choice awards is given to the contestant whose votes are second highest.
Naarisakhi Favorite award: Naarisakhi favorite awards will be selected by our panel of judges. The decision taken by the Judges will be final in all cases. Naarisakhi favorite choice awards, is given purely based on the decision taken by our Panel of judges. There is no prejudice towards sex, caste,race or location of the baby. Every month we may select favorite baby based on cute, costume, pose, expression, etc.
In addition to our own panel of judges, we would like to give an opportunity to our viewers to be on the panel. Selected judges will be on the panel for one or more than one contest. If you are intrested to be on our panel of judges, we would be intrested in knowing your profile. Please send us an email editor@naarisakhi.com with your profile and what makes you fit to be the baby photo contest judge. You should not be related or knowing the contestant for which you have been selected to be on the panel.

Winner Declaration and Winner Notification
Winners Declaration - The Panel of Judges or the site will not be held responsible for a baby losing a contest and the site and it's management will not be held responsible for the total number of votes a baby receives at the time of declaration of the results.
Winners Notification - Winners will be notified via an email, sent at the address used at the time of sending photograph, within a week after the winners are announced. NaariSakhi winner certificate will be emailed to the winners within 1 week and Hard copy of the certificate will be mailed within 6 to 8 weeks to Locations in India at this time. .
