Peanuts Sesame laddo with jaggery is healthy loaded with proteins and iron. No sugar added laddu. This is quick healthy dessert or can be served as snack.
1 cup peanuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp cardamom power
2 tsp Ghee
1/2 cup jaggery
Dry roasr peanuts for 6-7 minutes.
Cool down and peel off the skin.
Dry roast sesame seeds and cool down.
Grind peanuts and sesame seeds.
Add jaggery and cardamom powder to the blender and blend again.
If the mixture is too dry then add melted jaggery.
Roll into laddos. This can be stored in an airtight container.
