Murmure snack is healthy snack with dry fruits and cooked with ghee. You can adjust the spices in murmure mix as per your taste.
Murmure Kurmure snack mix
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Ghee/Oil
- 1/4 Cup Peanuts
- 1/4 Cup Cashew
- 1/4 Cup Roasted Chana Dal
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Sugar 1 tsp Optional
Method
- Put the gas on medium flame put ghee thn add peanuts and roast it for 2-3 mins
- After that add cashews and roasted chana dal mix all very well for 2 mins
- Roast curry leaves till its became crunchy
- While roasting curry leaves keep adding some asafoetida, turmeric
- Mix all very well on low flame
- Later add murmure kurmure and mix all very well
- While mixing add salt for taste, red chilli powder
- You can aslo add sugar if you want to make it kaatha meetha
- Add cashew,peanuts and chana dal n mix all very perfectly
