Mooga ghathi is authentic Goan recipe cooked during Veg days. It is tasty y with spices and coconut. Muga Ghathi is tempered with Curry leaves, asafoetida, red pepper and mustard seeds. Muga ghathi is served with poori or rice.

- 2 Cups Moong Sprouts
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 8-10 Cashews
- 1/4 th Cup Coconut pieces
- 2 Cups Coconut
- 4-5 Dry Red Chillies
- marble size tamarind
- 8-10 Black Pepper
- 4-5 Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Jaggery
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 dry Red Chillies for tempering
- 5-6 Curry Leaves
- 1/4 th tsp Asafoetida
