How to make mint ginger lemonade pudina adrak nimbu sharbat
1 cup mint leaves 1 कप पुदीने के पत्ते
¼ teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder 1/4 चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
1 inch ginger peeled 1 इंच अदरक
1 tsp fennel seeds 1 चम्मच सौंफ़
3 tablespoon lemon juice 3 चम्मच नींबू का रस
1/3 tsp black pepper powder 1/3 चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
Honey or sugar as per taste स्वाद के अनुसार हनी या चीनी
Salt to taste नमक स्वादानुसार
Clean mint leaves. clean and peel ginger.
Add all the ingredients in the blender.
Add little bit of water so you can blend it to smooth paste.
Take strainer and pass the juice through the strainer.
Fill 1/2 glass with juice and rest with water or lemon soda.
If you want stronger sherbat you cna fill 3/4 glass with juice and rest with water or lemon soda.
Garnish with lemon and mint eaves.
