Milk poha is a Goan speciality made during Diwali day.
- 1 cup Poha/Flattened rice
- 1/4 tsp cardamom seed powder
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- Dry fruits
- Rinse poha in water, drain water and keep aside.
- Heat milk on low heat.
- Add sugar , dry fruits to the milk. Mix well
- Add poha and cardamom powder and boil for 4-5 minutes stirring continuously.
- Serve warm or chilled.
