Masala Milk

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/4 liter Milk
  • 8 cashews
  • 10 Almonds
  • 8 pistachios
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom seed powder
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 20 strands of saffron

Method

  • Grind together all the dry fruits along with sugar,¬† cardamom seed powder and nutmeg.
  • Keep milk to boil.
  • Keep saffron soaked in warm milk for 10 minutes.
  • Add saffron with milk to the milk on the gas.
  • Add masala to the milk little by little and stir.
  • Let the milk boil on a low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar as per taste.
  • Serve warm .
