Mango is the king of all fruits. Mango milk shake is served chilled during hot summer season. Mango with milk feels your tummy but still you would want more. The fresh smell of mango and fresh milk make it even more tempting.
1.5 cups mango chopped 1.5 कप आम कटा हुआ
2 cups Cold Milk 2 कप ठंडा दूध
5 almonds 5 बादाम
2 – 3 tbsp Sugar 2 – 3 चम्मच चीनी
1/4 tsp cardamom powder 1/4 टीस्पून इलायची पाउडर
Clean and peel off the mango skin.
Remove mango seed and chop mango roughly.
Add mango, milk, sugar, almonds and cardamom powder to the blender.
Blend it until puree.
You can add few ice cubes or ice-cream while blending if you like mango shake to creamy and rich.
Mango and vanilla ice creams are my favorites with mango shake.
Serve in glasses.
You can decorate glasses with fruits, dry fruits, saffron, ice cream, chocolate as per your choice.
