Immune booster turmeric ginger tablets

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Dry ginger powder (सुंठ)
  • 3 tbsp Turmeric Powder ((हल्दी पाउडर)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
  • 6 tbsp Jaggery (गुड़) coconut sugar, palm sugar. sweetners of your choice.
  • 2 tsp Ghee or coconut oil ( (तेल/तूप)

Method

  • Add Turmeric, Dry ginger powder, Jaggery and black pepper to the blender and pulse.
  • Grate jaggery as it will create moisture and help to roll ladoos.
  • Pour the mixture in a bowl and add coconut oil or ghee little at a time.
  • Mix well until you can roll into balls ladoos.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • You can eat this with warm water one per day to boost your immune system

Notes

You can use sweetners of your choice like jaggery, coconut sugar, palm sugar, etc. 
You can have this with warm water or milk to boost your immune system. 
This can be stored in an airtight container for 4 weeks at room temperature provided all the ingredients and utensils used were dry.
