How to use coconut for shiny, black and healthy hair

  • Include coconut in your diet for healthy hair and skin. It is low in sodium and high in manganese.
  • Massage scalp with warm coconut oil which will provide nutrients to hair roots.

  • Eating coconut is also good for healthy skin and hair. Eat few pieces of fresh coconut everyday.
