¼ cup sago/sabudana
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
3 cups milk
2 tbsp cashew
1 tbps raisins
¼ tsp cardamom powder
- Clean, rinse and soak sabudana in water for 1 hour.
- Drain water from sabudana
- Boil water
- Add sabudana and keep stirring to avoid sabudana to stick to the pan.
- Cook sabudana for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
- Add Sugar, milk, dry fruits and allow it to boil for another 6-7 minutes or until thickens.
- Add cardamaom powder and boil for another 2 minutes.
- Serve warm or chilled.
