Healthy tips to prevent dry split hair
- Eat healthy
- Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

- Trim split ends regularly.
- Cover your hair when going out in the sun for a long time.
- Include healthy fluids including water in your diet.
- Eat nuts like almonds, walnuts for vitamin E and Omega 3
- Include flex seeds for omega 3 which helps to make hair stronger and healthier.
- Use curry leaves in food for seasoning as they are health hair food.
Urad dal fenugreek seed yogurt hair mask
1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds 1 चम्मच मेथी के बीज
3 tbsp Balck lentil Urad dal 3 बड़े चम्मच उरद दाल
2 tbsp yogurt 2 चम्मच दही
Clean and rinse fenugreek seeds and urad dal.
Soak it in water separately for 5-6 hours.
You can use water in which fenugreek seeds are is soaked as face rinse. it is anti bacterial and good for acne and pimples.
Blend t together with little water as needed.
Add yogurt. Blend it to smooth paste.
Apply on hair concentrating on split ends and dry hair.
Wash after one hour.
When hairs are 100% dry, apply little bit of coconut oil.
Use this twice a week for better results.
Blend urad dal and fenugreek seeds to very fine paste. If paste is coarse then it will get entangle in hair.
If you are not using this hair pack right away then store it in the refrigerator.
