- 1 cup grated coconut
- Small piece of ginger (rinse with water and peel off the skin)
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
- 3 Green Chilies
- Coriander Leaves
- Lemon juice
- Take of Blender, add 1 cup grated fresh coconut, small piece of ginger, 4-5 garlic cloves, 3 green chilies, coriander leaves, little lemon juice, salt as per taste and grind until fine chutney.
- Green coconut chutney is ready to serve.
You can serve the chutney with cutlets or samosa.
