Cucumber Peanut Salad
- 2 tbsp Tamarind juice
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Jaggery
- 3 Cucumbers Chopped
- 3 tbsp Crushed Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
- Green chilli Chopped
- Mix together tamarind pulp, cumin seed powder and Jaggery.
- Add Cubed cucumbers, peanuts, sesame seeds and mix well.
- Add salt and green chillis or black pepper.
