Carrot Koshimbhir Carrot Salad

Carrot Salad is quick healthy side dish which can be served with rice, curry and roti. Perfect healthy side dish for children for lunch box. Carrots are healthy and good for eyes. With only few ingredients you can make carrot salad.

Carrot Koshimbhir Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Carrots
  • 2-3 tbsp Roasted crushed Peanuts
  • ½ tbsp  Sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp  Oil
  • Salt

Method

  • Take 2-3 Carrots add salt
  • Add ½ tsp sugar, you can also skip sugar because carrots are sweet
  • Add 2-3 Chopped cilantro
  • Add 2-3 roasted crushed peanuts
  • Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and mix it very well
  • Take 1 tbsp of oil
  • Add 1/2 tbsp of mustard seeds its help you from releasing the gas
  • Add 2-3 green chillies
  • Add the spices in the carrots and mix again very well
