brown rice soup

Brown Rice Kanji 

Ingredients
1/ 2 cup of brown rice
4 cups of water
Salt as per taste

Method:
Clean brown rice.
Rinse rice with water 2-3 times.
Drain the water.
Once water is boiling add washed rice
Add Salt as per taste
Stir after every 10 minutes.
Press the rice grain with your fingers, if
you can press it easily that means it is
cooked.
Serve with vegetables of your choice
