Avocado Guacamole|Guacamole

Guacamole is healthy, quick to make. It can be served with chips, on bead or as a side dish. It can be used as dip with cucumber, carrot, celery. To prevent avocado from darkening add lemon juice. You can also add avocado seeds to it and store. Remove the seeds before serving.

 Avocado Guacamole

  • 2  Avocado 
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Finely chopped tomato
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 Chopped green chillies


  • Take 2  Avocado and cut them
  • Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice so they dont turn brown
  • Than smashed the avocado but dont smashed it too much
  • Add 1 finely chopped tomato
  • Add some salt for taste
  • Add 2 finely chopped cilantro so that it would get nice taste
  • To add some spice put 2 chopped green chilli
  • Mix all the ingredients very well
