Potato Paneer Oats Cutlets

Potato paneer cutlets


1/4 cup Oats

1 cup boiled mashed potatoes

½ cup grated paneer (Cottage cheese)

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup grated carrot

2 tbsp. chopped cilantro n Mint leaves

1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt as per taste


Add 2 tsp of water to the oats and mix well. Mix well and keep aside for

10 minutes.

Add mashed potatoes, grated paneer, chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped cilantro n Mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric,

Red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt.

Mix well to form dough.

Wet your palms with water. And roll mixture into cutlet shaped.

Add oil on pan for shallow frying.

Arrange cutlets on pan keeping enough space.

Flip after 3-4 minutes and press lightly.

Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serve with tomato ketchup, sauce or chutney.

Notes: Do not add too much water to oats.

Add spices as per your taste.

Shallow frying is more healthier version.
